The ecolytic coating traps the grease generated during baking, broiling and roasting and breaks it down with each cooking cycle. When the oven reaches high temperatures, back side cleans itselfs. Soft Close with Soft Opening: For gentle opening and closing

Soft Close together with Soft Opening works rather quietly to prevent unwanted cacophony. Its damping system cushions the door when it accidentally closes by itself or gets too much of a push.
