Domestic appliance networking with Miele home
With our innovative Miele home system, you can exploit the full potential of your Miele appliances and make your everyday life even smarter. All intelligent Miele domestic appliances can be networked conveniently and securely. Operation is simple – whether you use the Miele app, voice control or integration into existing Smart Home solutions. The appliances are networked via a home WiFi router and the Miele Cloud.
Quick microwave
With the Quick Start function, you can select maximum microwave power straight away at the press of a button. This allows you to heat food and drinks quickly without selecting the temperature. You can easily reprogramme the defined time values to suit your personal preferences – for example, if you want to heat up a cup of tea in the evening or warm some baby food.
Popcorn button
What would a good film be without popcorn? With our automatic popcorn programme, you can make delicious microwave popcorn at home at the press of a button. Times and wattages are tailored to a 100 g packet of microwave popcorn. If you like your popcorn crispy, you can adjust the times to suit your preferences.
Timer functions
Simply set the start time, end time or duration of the cooking process and everything will be ready when you want it. The cooking process ends automatically when the programmed cooking duration comes to an end. The integrated minute minder is also a convenient option for many situations. Furthermore, in the event of a power cut the set time is saved for approximately 150 hours.
MultiLingua
Guaranteed user convenience: numerous languages are available to choose from for the display text, so users can operate the appliance in a language they understand. MultiLingua is available for all appliance controls as of DirectSensor S.
SoftOpen
A real eye-catcher: the door features a sophisticated cushioning mechanism for elegant opening. It opens to 90° – for convenient, unobstructed access to the food in the oven compartment.
LED spotlight
The LED spotlight perfectly illuminates the oven compartment on a lasting basis thanks to its maintenance-free characteristics. It is also particularly energy-efficient.
Patented linen stainless steel oven compartment
Significantly less residue adheres to the walls of the oven compartment during cooking. This is because the compartment of the microwave combination oven is made from high-quality stainless steel with a special linen structure. The surface also has a PerfectClean finish, making it particularly easy to clean – thanks to the sophisticated surface system, you can save time on cleaning and enjoy outstanding results.
Automatic programmes
Successful cooking, every time: with the electronically controlled programmes, you can cook a multitude of different dishes automatically. Whether you are baking a cake or cooking poultry – there is no need to select the function or the temperature or duration. The degree of cooking – for meat, for example – can be set individually. And with the additional microwave function, your dishes will be ready even more quickly.
Food probe
Still raw or too dry? With the integrated food probe, you can measure the core temperature of fish or meat to make sure it is cooked just the way you like it. The time left display shows how much longer your roast will take – so you can leave the kitchen if you want to. The probe is incredibly easy to use and the results are succulent and flavoursome.
Special applications
Special situations require special parameters: the special programmes provide solutions for more out-of-the-ordinary applications. If you are proving dough or drying fruit, for example, all you need to do is select the programme – the applicable temperatures and oven compartment climate are already preset.
Crisp function
Certain foods need a beautifully crisp exterior for that perfect finishing touch: chips and potato croquettes, for example, are best cooked in a dry oven compartment climate. This is achieved through controlled reduction of the moisture in the oven. You can select the Crisp function individually.
Touch-cool front
Miele microwave combination ovens are cooled on all sides. This ensures that controls, handles and adjacent cabinets stay relatively cool to the touch. The multi-layer panels insulate the oven door effectively and ensure a low temperature on the outside of the door, providing safety and protection against burns.
Safety functions
An added level of safety: you can lock the appliance at the press of a button – preventing unintentional operation, e.g. by children. In an emergency, the safety switch-off is invaluable: the Miele oven will switch off automatically if the maximum operating time is exceeded. This means that safety is guaranteed even if you forget to switch the oven off.
